Social commitment: ZD and “I Bambini delle Fate” – “The Children of the Fairies”
In favour of families with disabilities
Social commitment has always been one of the pillars of our company. For this reason, we have decided to stand with over 800 Italian companies which are socially active with a proper agreement of social commitment, supporting the foundation “I Bambini delle Fate” or “The Children of the Fairies”, because we strongly believe in their projects (more than 100), which until now have helped more than 3,800 families all over the national territory.
“I Bambini delle Fate”: the project
“I Bambini delle Fate” is a social association which, since 2005, has dealt with guaranteeing economical support to projects and programs of social inclusion which benefit families with autism and other disabilities. The projects of the association are managed by local partners.
The commitment is focused on regular fundraising activities of an innovative nature, which concentrate on the formation of groups of sponsors all over Italy.
In its communication channels, the business underlines that “without denying or minimizing the weight of the challenges and the everyday struggles”, for them it is fundamental to share “with a smile on their face” the potential of the children and the great strength of their families.
The mission, its way of working and the results of the business “I Bambini delle Fate” have won us over and captivated us. That is why we have chosen to point our social commitment in this direction, to contribute to the expansion and functioning of this social organization in the whole of Italy.

- Spread the knowledge about Autism and the Pervasive Developmental Disorders so as to raise awareness in society of these subjects;
- Organise educational events in answer to the increasing request, by the parents of children diagnosed with Autism, for highly specialised training in the field of the Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA);
- Promote and support projects in favour of educational measures supported by scientific research.
As in the case of “I Bambini delle Fate”, also in this instance the mission, the measures and results obtained by Abaut have captivated us and pushed us to support this organization with our social commitment, so that it can continue doing its work at best over the course of time.

Social Commitment: ZD and “Associazione Primavera 85” of Sovizzo
In favour of job placements for people with disabilities
We believe in the professional development and in work placements for people with disabilities.
For this reason, we have decided to collaborate with Primavera 85, a social cooperative which deals with the management of health and social services, training and continuing education. It was born from the willingness of a group of parents and volunteers to give a concrete solution to their own family members and friends.
“Primavera 85”: the project
The project which we are carrying out with the cooperative Primavera 85 involves a group of people with disabilities, who work in our laboratories following all the regulations in force regarding workers’ safety, performing tasks of assembly of components.
It is a question of mutual growth, in which we believe it is possible to promote the role of work and above all, elevate the role of the people who carry out this work, so that it becomes an important and satisfying part of their own lives.
